How the Monthly Drop works

Once a month, we release a new batch — three formulas, thirty bars each. Pre-order at 15% off before a single bar has been poured. 

When you order, we confirm your pour date and the exact day it ships. Then we cure for six weeks. Cold process soap needs to cure fully before it's ready for your skin. When the bars pass, they ship. That's the whole model.

Every batch leaves something behind. Bars that weren't pre-ordered. Trim offcuts. Odds that don't make a full listing but are perfectly good soap. We don't throw any of it out — the ingredients are too good and the work is too real. So we discount it and put it here. Same formula, same cure, different price.

How we make it

  • Cold process only

    We don’t melt-and-pour. Every bar starts from raw oils and lye, combined by hand, poured in small batches. That’s the only way to control what’s in it.

  • Six-week cure. No exceptions.

    Cold process soap needs time. We cure every batch the full six weeks before it ships. A soap that hasn’t cured is harsh. We don’t sell harsh soap.

  • Palm-free, 5% superfat

    No palm oil. Every formula carries a 5% superfat — oils that don’t saponify — because that’s what leaves your skin actually feeling good after the wash.

  • Full INCI, every batch

    Every product page lists the complete International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients for that batch. Not ‘natural fragrance.’ Every ingredient, named.
